Every Hawaii LLC is required to file an Annual Report each year. Every year, Annual reports must be filed during the quarter that contains the registration anniversary date. For example, if you registered on February 14th, then you must file your annual report between January 1 and March 31.

Failure to pay
There is a late fee of $10 for any annual report received after the required filing quarter. If you fail to file an annual report for two or more years, it will result in the dissolution of your Hawaii LLC.

The name of a limited liability company must contain "limited liability company" or the abbreviation "L.L.C." or "LLC". "Limited" may be abbreviated as "Ltd.", and "company" may be abbreviated as "Co."

Your name should be ‘distinguishable’ in the Secretary of State records. Adding a punctuation or ‘the’ does not make it distinguishable.
